I’m a creative problem solver. I enjoy fixing things and making them work better. I take pride in finding and implementing simple and elegant solutions to problems that reduce cost and add value. Whether tricky technical hurdles, design blunders, or bottlenecked business processes, I’m good at analyzing issues and goals, identifying solutions, and implementing them.

I’m currently employed with Hope College in Holland, MI, as a technical analyst within the Library. My daily tasks vary between maintaining computer systems and electronic resources, and providing technical support for 25 coworkers, 250 faculty and staff, and over 3200 students.
